what is the point of customer support if they're not going to give support. Especially, it states in the FAQ section if this doesn't work reach out to our support team. I reach out for additional help/support not to get the same answer that I had already tried several times. If the instructions had work there was no need for me to reach out to the customer support team. Since my sensor didn't scan and didn't connect then costing me an additional $900 that I could have avoided in the first place

It worked the first time I used it. Now it refuses to scan. I can see the device via Bluetooth just fine, but the "scan" button just spins then...nothing. So if you buy one of these, do not subscribe. They will take your $99 and run, claiming they "cannot locate a purchase of the app" when you provide the Google Play store receipt. It's been months now and I have no working FIXD scanner and no refund.

it's okay it could be a little better like I could be able to clear codes at any time without having to scan first I could be able to pay monthly instead of only annually and I would like to be able to look at my live data while my vehicle is running and driving that would be great but I love the way it gives you the information on the code instead of just telling you the code tells you how to fix it. I definitely will be recommending it to other
