Not impressed with the app. I'm tired of seeing uhoh something went wrong. it happens way too frequently, and the reviews here are littered with this same sentiment. Spare us the boilerplate "we're trying" and fix the issue. You've been making products way too long to have persistent issues like this echoed across your customer base. I have strong, fast wifi signal at the doorbell and my phone. There is no way it is a local network issue. If I could I would send it back for a refund.

Trash. It won't playback most video, and if you think you could actually go to a particular time and watch a video, get that thought out of your head. When viewing an event, it starts a few seconds in, and then doesn't allow a rewind to the beginning, where the event likely actually occurred. Instead, you have to watch to the end, and then press replay to get to the beginning. That's if you're lucky, otherwise, the server times out. The cameras are great, the NVR and app belong in a dumpster.

What happened? Suddenly video playback doesn't work? Clear cache. Uninstall the app, reinstall the app. Reboot the system. I don't understand how something that was working could suddenly be so... bad. Now my choices are to first read several comments with the same problems and then dive into the sea of problems reported on the Internet on hopes that something will suggest a fix. Could you just test your updates before you put them out? It's bad.
