The device is amazing when it works. Unfortunately, that is infrequent at best. No matter what temperature it is set to, after a few hours, the unit will either turn off or reset the temperature to 78°. All sleep programs are disabled, the water level is fine, and wifi is connected. You have to manually reset the temperature to what you want after the unit wakes you by turning off or heating up. It is a great concept with terrible implementation.

While the product itself is great, the app could use work. The most frustrating featre is the responsiveness of the app when the unit is turned on and off. It should not take a guessing game to figure out if the unit took the on or off command worked. Temp changing once it's on is pretty good, and I'm glad for the low water alert which the Ooer 3 app was missing

I've been using a doc pro and sleepme app for over a year. I have to reconnect the app to the social pro literally every 2 days as the wifi connection keeps disconnecting. I've checked the router and wifi, and that does not seem to be the issue. It is at the app and dock pro. Please fix it! I live this system, and when it works, it does great. But when it doesn't, it fails miserably.
